APP CARNEO FIT

The CARNEO Fit+ application is used to connect CARNEO smart watch or fitness bracelet to your phone. The application collects all the data measured by the bracelet and displays them in statistical graphs. It also evaluates various physical data such as stress, cardio index, BMI, evaluates the quality of sleep and motivates you to be more active every day in order to live a healthier life. The application has a history of measured data, which you always have available. A menstrual cycle calendar is available for ladies with a prediciton of menstrual days and ovulation, which helps women to plan their pregnancy.

The individual functions may differ depending on the type of bracelet used. After pairing the bracelet with the application, only the functions that a particular bracelet supports will be displayed in the application. You can find more information about the specific functions of individual bracelets in the description of the bracelet. The application displays and reflects the information measured by the bracelet. To update the data in the application, it is necessary to synchronize the bracelet and the mobile phone, through which the data is transferred from the bracelet to the application.

PERSONAL PROFILE AND DAILY OBJECTIVES

The personal profile allows you to add information about gender, date of birth, height and weight, which is used to calculate the BMI index and heart rate zones. The data of these factors are informative for the effective set up and monitoring your sports activities to achieve your goals. At the same time, it allows you to set a daily goal of steps, calories burned, distance and sleep, according to your current needs.

MEASUREMENT OF STEPS AND DISTANCE

At the top of the home page in Carneo Fit application, you will find information on the current number of steps, distance and calories burned, as well as information on how much is left to meet your goal for a specific day, month or year. To obtain a detailed summary, click on the "steps" graph and overview with information about the number of steps taken in individual time periods of a specific and previous days will open.

MEASUREMENT OF BURNED CALORIES

Based on the number of steps taken and the type and length of sport activity, the application will calculate the approximate number of calories burned. To get a detailed summary, click on the "Calories" graph and overview with information about the number of calories burned in individual time periods of a specific and previous days will open.

LEVEL OF STRESS

Based on the measured data with the bracelet, the application will calculate the level of stress during the day and your daily average. The starting point is your heart rate or its increased deviation from your long-term resting heart rate. An increased value of heart rate during sports activity is not included in the measurement of stress, as it has no negative but positive effect on your health.

HEART RATE MEASUREMENT

Heart rate - the number of heartbeats per minute is an important indicator that affects the effective setting of your training or weight reduction, depending on what goal you want to achieve with the activity. Therefore, monitoring the level of your heart rate is important during both, while being active or resting. The application, depending on the type of bracelet used, monitors heart rate measurement manually or automatically, during or outside of sports activities. In addition, when evaluating your heart rate during a sports activity, it will show you how much time you spent in which heart rate zone and so you know how effective your activity was.

BLOOD OXYGEN SATURATION MEASUREMENT

The fundamentals of pulse oximetry is based on the fact that absorption of light by hemoglobin depends on its oxygenation. The pulse oximeter can be used for non-invasive, fast and accurate measurement of blood oxygen saturation. Normal values of blood oxygen saturation vary between 93-99% (average 95%).

BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

Depending on the type of bracelet used, the application allows manual but also automatic measurement of blood pressure, which is then displayed in a clear graph with measured values during the day.

All measured data are for information purposes only and may differ from the measured values of professional devices, therefore they cannot be considered binding. The application displays the blood pressure measurement function only if a specific wristband is equipped with it and within its range.

BODY ENERGY MEASUREMENT

The graph shows the level and consumption of the energy of your body during the day.

ECG MEASUREMENT

Depending on the type of bracelet used, the application measures ECG, which is then displayed in a clear graph with measured datas, including records from individual measurements.

SLEEP MONITOR

Sleep, its length and quality has a significant impact on human health. It provides regeneration of the body and lack of sleep may cause a number of health complications. Therefore, it is important to monitor the quality and duration of your sleep and its evaluation from a long-term perspective. The application records and displays measured data about your sleep, such as sleep time, awake time, sleep duration, number of sleep interruptions and the length of deep and light sleep. In the application you can set a daily sleep goal - its duration, 8 hours is recommended.

MONITORING THE COURSE OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Improving fitness, reducing weight or increasing performance? Regardless of the goal you want to achieve with the workout, it is important to set the right strategy to achieve the goal and then follow it. The application will monitor the data of your sports activities and then evaluate in clear graphs to help you achieve a specific goal more effectively. The application displays data about the duration of the activity, the distance traveled, the number of steps, the calories burned, the average heart rate during the activity, the number of breaks or the pace. The graphs also provide information about your heart rate during each minute of your workout or the number of steps taken, distance or calories burned. At the same time, you can see how much time you have spent within each of the five heart rate zones with information about your personal maximum heart rate. If you used a GPS bracelet or your phone to measure activity, the application will also show you a map with the route traveled, including elevation of the route.

CARDIO INDEX MEASUREMENT AND CALCULATION

The cardio index is a useful indicator of how well your heart is working. The higher the index of your heart, the longer is its lifetime. The lifetime of a healthy heart is approximately 3,000,000,000 beats. The fewer beats per minute your heart needs to transport oxygenated blood throughout the body, the longer it lasts.

CALCULATION OF BMI INDEX AND INDIVIDUAL HEART FREQUENCY ZONES

BMI is a value derived from the mass (weight) and height of a person and is the most commonly used index of measuring obesity. Based on your personal data entered in your personal profile, the application will calculate the value of your BMI index, including information if your weight is in the range of the ideal weight or how much it takes to reach your ideal weight. Also, based on your personal profile data, the application calculates your maximum heart rate value and derives from it the minimum and maximum heart rate values for individual heart rate zones, which determine the degree of stress during activity. There are 5 levels - heart load zones and each of them has a different effect on the body. E.g. for fat burning, i.e. weight loss, it is ideal to stay 40-80 minutes in zone 2, which is at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. You will find a description of the individual zones as well as your personal heart rate values for the individual zones directly in the application.

SETTING ALERTS FOR SITTING FOR TOO LONG, NOTIFICATIONS, ALARM CLOCK

Depending on the type of bracelet used, the application allows you to set various notifications, such as sitting for too long, where you can choose the time interval when the bracelet vibrates to warn you that you have been inactive for too long, or it can alert you to keep the drinking regime. It also allows you to set an alarm or notifications for incoming calls or messages that will be displayed on your bracelet.

SETTING AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF HEAT RATE, PRESSURE AND WARNING WHEN ABOUT HEART RATE BEING TOO HIGH

Depending on the type of bracelet used, the application automatically measures heart rate or pressure at certain time intervals during the day, while resting aswell, so that you have an overview of the development of values within a normal day. You can set the lower and upper limits of heart rate values, so once you exceed the limit, it will alert you by vibration. You also have the option of setting a specific mode for measuring blood pressure, which allows you to set the exact value of blood pressure measured by a medical device, which helps with more accurate measurement results in subsequent measurements.
